At Solivs, Our refund & returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refund Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

     

      • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

      • Unopened and Unused Products: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused within 30 days of purchase.

      • Non-Refundable Items: Due to the personal nature of body care products, opened or used items cannot be refunded, except in cases of defects.


    2. How to Request a Refund or Return

    To initiate a return or refund:

       

        1. Email us at returns@solivs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

        1. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

        1. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).


      3. Refund Process

         

          • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

          • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit.


        4. Shipping Costs

           

            • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs.

            • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


          5. Non-Returnable Items

          The following items are non-returnable:

             

              • Gift cards

              • Products marked as final sale

              • Customized or personalized products


            6. Exchanges

            We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


            7. Lost or Stolen Packages

            We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.


            9. Shipping your returns

            To return your product, you should mail your product to: return address on your package.

            You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

            If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

            Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

            If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

            If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs.
